Terms of Guarantee

Guarantee period starts as from the date of delivery of the product and is 2 years.
All of the good, including all parts, are in the scope of the guarantee of our company.
In case that the good is out of order during the guarantee period, the time passed during repair is added to the guarantee period. The repair period of the good may not be over 20 business days. This period starts as from the date when the defect related with the good is notified to one of the service station, if there is no service station, to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or producer-exported of the good. The consumer may make the defect notification through telephone, fax, e-mail, registered and reply paid letter, or a similar way. However in case of discrepancy, the burden of proof is of the consumer. In case that the defect in the good may not be solved within 10 business days, the producer-manufacturer or importer has to allocate another good having similar properties to the disposal of the consumer until the repair of the good is completed. In case that the good is out of order because of both material and workmanship and the assembly mistakes, it shall be repaired without requesting any price under the name of workmanship cost, price of the piece replaced or any other name. 
Even though the consumer uses his/her repair right, in case that
- The good is out of order for at least four times within a year following its delivery to the consumer, provided that it is still within the guarantee period; or at least six times during the guarantee period determined by the producer-manufacturer and/or importer, and these malfunctions render the good permanently unusable,  
- The maximum period required for the repair is exceeded,
- Through the report prepared by the company’s service station, or in the case that there is no service station, respectively one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or producer-manufacturer of the good, it is determined that it is impossible to repair the defect, 

then the consumer may request that the good be replaced free of charge or the payment returned to him or a price deduction proportional to the defect.
The defects, arisen because the good is used on the contrary to the issues included in the user’s guide, are out of the scope of the guarantee. 
The General Directorate of Protecting the Consumers and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Commerce may be applied for the problems which may occur related with the guarantee certificate.
The issues the customer should be aware of related with the guarantee
The situations where the guarantee is not valid;
The scratches on or breaking of the external surfaces of the device after delivery to the customer,
The abnormal and misuse of the device,
The interventions, partial changes and additions by the unauthorized people,
The usage life of this product is 10 years.
